Yurts in Alabama HOAs

Question:

Does a nice legit yurt satisfy the CC&R for dwelling in Miloli beach lots subdivision? It states only a single family residence is to be built and states no temporary structure like trailers or tents m, but this would be a permanent home structure. Pacific Yurts or Yurts of Hawaii would be good examples.
