I’m in California and live in a HOA. I am behind on my dues for over 6 months now. The California Mortgage Relief fund only covers mortgage, not HOA dues. Are there programs out there that could help me? Do I have other options?

You should approach your HOA board and ask for a payment plan. This might help ease the burden of paying your HOA dues in one lump sum.
