Our BOD used Business Organization Codes vs. Property Codes to change bylaws with no notification to homeowners. How can we remedy this or is this a legitimate use?

If the HOA/Condo Act in your state is silent when it comes to amending bylaws, then your BOD can refer to the Business Code or Nonprofit Corporation Act in your state.
