We’d like some advice as to how to build an agenda for our Annual Membership meeting. To date our BOD has not allowed the Members to conduct this meeting as Members. They have (and are trying to for this year as well) set the agenda and timelines. As well as under advertising (or not advertising until 2 days prior) this meeting in all community publications. Is there a standard format, or suggested format that others in AZ have found works well? This is an almost 400 unit multi-family gated community. Thank you,
