Hey everyone,

I’m feeling quite frustrated with my HOA and considering leaving. It seems like the rules are getting more restrictive, and I’m tired of dealing with constant assessments. Has anyone successfully left their HOA? Any advice on the process or things to consider would be greatly appreciated!

Wow! I don’t know of anyone who successfully left their HOA without selling their home and moving out. But doing it with just a vote?? I’m surprised it didn’t inspire all other owners to do the same.

Our bylaws don’t really say we can leave. Is selling really the only way out?
