I’ve got a 2018 Levante that I absolutely adore, but recently I’ve started hearing this really concerning clunking noise from the front passenger side whenever I go over speed bumps or potholes, and it’s got me properly worried. The car still drives and handles fine otherwise, but I know these Maseratis can have issues with the front suspension components, particularly the upper control arms and bushings, which I’ve read are a known weak point. I’m based near Al Safa and I’m trying to find a workshop that genuinely knows these cars because I’ve had bad experiences in the past with general luxury car garages that claim to work on everything but don’t really understand the specific quirks of Italian suspension systems. I’ve heard that leading Maserati suspension repair serving Al Safa is available at a few places, but I’d really prefer to get a personal recommendation from someone who’s actually used a particular shop rather than just trusting online reviews that could be paid for. What I really want is somewhere that will properly diagnose whether it’s the control arms, the sway bar links, or maybe even the strut mounts, rather than just suggesting I replace everything and hope for the best. I’m also a bit worried about the cost because I know Maserati parts aren’t cheap, and I don’t want to be overcharged for work that might not even be necessary. Has anyone here had suspension work done on their Levante or similar model in Dubai and can recommend a trustworthy specialist? Also, roughly what kind of cost am I looking at for something like replacing front control arms on one of these? Any advice would be massively appreciated because I’m genuinely stressed about this.
