Some states have certain data protection laws that prohibit this kind of thing because it can encourage identity theft. There are also states that expressly prohibit disclosing homeowner information to third parties. Since I don’t know where you’re from, I’d advise you to check your state laws. A quick Google search should do the trick.

Alternatively, you can also take a quick peek at your bylaws and CC&Rs. Maybe your documents have something to say about it.
