Hi All! I hope someone with knowledge of grandfathering can help.
I finally lit enough of a fire to get a mere 4 of us remaining residents to get a rental cap discussion on the agenda. We want it down to Davis-Stirling’s 25% but management wants 40%. They know grandfathering would take place attempting to manipulate. Right now they don’t even keep track.
They claim as soon as the % goes below the 40, old owners can do as they please! It’s hard enough to get them to have even started talking, since they have avoided the request for over a year!
(BTW, 2 investors sit on the Board & management OK’s living off-site!)
