Not all homeowner’s return our request for contact information. We of course have their addresses, but we would like additional contact information. I’ve seen it referenced, but cannot find what exactly we can ask for. We’d like to reference the code. Thank you!

Not sure if there is a law in TX that specifically lets you collect homeowners’ contact information. But if it’s in your CC&Rs, then you can use that.
