That just happened to a homeowner in my community who sent concerns about violations to the property manager. The property manager then sent the email to the board and copied the homeowner on it. The results were not good. One BOD member asked why the homeowner cared since the violation didn’t cause any harm or inconvenience to the homeowner. Since then a BOD’s daughter has sworn at the homeowner making the violation complaint. The manager has yet to intervene.
