Two years ago we implemented an online payment option. To avoid fees, we have an Electronic Payment request form on our website. Once received, we email them a link to send money. Problem is, even after someone requests option to pay online, they don’t follow through. We also offer payment plan however again, most delinquent homeowners fail to follow through letting us know how much they are willing to commit to paying. Our next option appears to be contracting with a collection agency and tacking on their fees to the amount owed.
