Ingredients:

  • For the Pudding Cups
    • 2 cups of milk
    • 8 ounces of Whipped topping, softened
    • 2 boxes of instant chocolate pudding mix
    • 12 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • For the Toppings

    • 1 tbsp of coconut oil
    • Bone-shaped sprinkles
    • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips

  2. Fold the whipped topping into the pudding and mix well with an electric mixer or spatula. Mix until the color turns light brown.
  3. Prepare the cups and layer the pudding evenly between them. Refrigerate the cups for 20 minutes.
  4. Use a food processor or zip-top bag to crush the Oreo cookies. Using the zip-top bag, use a rolling pin or your hands to crush them.
  5. Melt coconut oil and chocolate in a microwave. Add them to a small pastry or make-shift zip-top bag with a small hole cut on the tip. Decorate the Milano cookies with ghost faces and gravestones. Refrigerate the cookies for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate crumbs from the cookies evenly on top of each cup. Press the decorated Milano cookie decorations into each cup. Add bone sprinkles and gummy worms on top.

2. Quick and Easy Mummy Rice Krispie Treats

There’s nothing better than munching on delectable no bake Halloween snacks. These Rice Krispies are perfect, especially when you’re pressed for time!

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz pack of white candy melts
  • 16 candy eyes, large
  • 8-count pack of Kellogg’s Rice Krispies

Directions:

  1. Use wax or parchment paper to line a large baking sheet. Line the Rice Krispies on the sheet and attach a popsicle stick at the bottom of each one.
  2. Refrigerate the baking sheet with Rice Krispies for 25 minutes.
  3. Prepare a microwave-safe dish and add the candy melts. Heat them according to the instructions on the package.
  4. Remove the Rice Krispies from the fridge and dunk them into the melted candy. Cover and smooth out the dip completely using a spoon.
  5. Place two candy eyes on each treat while the candy melt is wet. Reheat the leftover candy in the microwave.
  6. Prepare a piping bag and scoop the melted candy into the bag. Use a flat Wilton tip at the end of the bag and squeeze the melted candy gently to decorate the treats. Squeeze the bag across the treats horizontally using a zigzag motion to create “mummies.”
  7. Let the treats set completely and serve.

3. Mummy Halloween Cake Pops

Like the Rice Krispies, these no bake Halloween cake pops are easy to eat. They also come in the form of mummies, but you can decorate them in other ways, too.

Ingredients:

  • 1 angel food cake or any cake without frosting
  • 20 candy eyes
  • 1 pack of white chocolate chips, melted
  • Oreos
  • Sprinkles
  • 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
  • Vanilla frosting
  • Food coloring (optional)

Directions:

  1. Prepare a medium bowl and add the angel cake. Crumble the cake into small pieces.
  2. Add the frosting and vanilla to the crumbled cake. Mix with your hands and fully incorporate the frosting.
  3. Separate the cake balls equally into separate bowls. Add dye and stir to spread the color. Adjust the amount of dye to get the color you want.
  4. Freeze the dough for 10-15 minutes. Roll them into 1-inch balls. Line a plate or pan with parchment and place the balls on top.
  5. Freeze the balls for as long as possible. Ideally, the longer the better.
  6. Melt 1/3 cup of the chocolate chips through the microwave. Heat them in 15 to 20-second increments. Mix well after every round.
  7. Take some cake pop sticks and dip the tips into the melted chocolate. Press the dipped end of each stick into each cake ball to “glue” them in place.
  8. Freeze the cake pops and let them set. Keep them in the freezer for at least 15 minutes up to a few hours.
  9. Melt the remaining chocolate in 15 to 20-second increments again. Stir like before. Submerge the cake pops completely into the chocolate and pull them out slowly.
  10. Prepare a cup or box to dry each cake pop. Add the candy eyes while the chocolate is wet.
  11. Crush Oreos with a food processor and decorate the cake pops with the crumbs. You can also decorate with sprinkles and other candies.
  12. Spoon some melted chocolate into a zip-top bag with a small hole at the tip. Gently squeeze the bag in a zig-zag horizontal motion to decorate the cake pops and create “mummies.”

4. Halloween Spider Cookies

Easy no bake Halloween cookies are great snacks for any party or activity. These cookies also align with the holiday’s theme with a spider design.

Ingredients:

  • 5 tbsp of sunflower seed butter
  • 24 gluten-free sticks of pretzel, halved
  • 5 crunchy double chocolate chip cookies
  • 2 tbsp of dairy-free chocolate, melted
  • Googly eye candies

Directions:

  1. Use melted chocolate to glue the halves of pretzel sticks to create spider legs. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place them on top. Freeze the legs.
  2. Use a spoon to coat the top of every cookie with sunflower seed butter. Add mini chocolate chips and pat them down gently.
  3. Use melted chocolate to stick the googly eye candies on the mini chocolate chips. Vary the number of eyes per cookie to mimic spiders.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the cookies on top. Take the frozen legs from the cookies and stick them on top of the cookies with melted chocolate.
  5. Freeze the cookies with legs until set. Take them out when ready to serve.
