Cookies are a staple during the holiday season. They are delicious, sweet, and relatively easy to make. You can have them as a snack or as a way to close off the perfect holiday meal. If you’re on the search for the best Christmas cookies recipe, here are five to try out.

 

1. Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

    • 2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Directions:

  3. Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated. Split the dough in half and flatten into 1/4-inch discs. Cover in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for an hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  5. Take the dough out of the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for a couple of minutes or until soft enough to handle easily. Roll out each disc until 1/8 inch thick between two pieces of parchment paper.
