How do I verify that a POA is registered or certified as such, in the State of Virginia ?
Just because you have a road agreement, does not make you a POA.
I was a previous board member for DAIA.

You may verify a POA by checking its governing documents through the POA itself or your local county recorder’s office. You may also check an association’s corporation status through the Virginia Secretary of the Commonwealth.
