10 years ago I received ‘BOD approval’ for the installation of an AC system in my condo. Now, I am in a position to install an AC system. Does the current BOD have to honor the 10 year old BOD approval I hold or can they insist that I complete the current Project Application form which now contains specific requirements regarding AC installations.
