I am a member of the Condominium I Board of Directors for Bay Bridge Cove in Stevensville Maryland. We are searching for companies that provide maintenance for HOAs. In our case, this would be for maintenance of Limited Common Elements (LCE). Our community is still in buildout so the developer currently maintains our General Common Elements (GCE). Condominium I is about to be transitioned to the Condo Board responsibility. There are 4 other Condos that will be transitioned in the future.
