Mailing address

    Trying to figure out if we can get rid of a UPS box as mailing address and use something else – USPS Box $ 175 a year. UPS Box @ $ 295 a month – what are my options? Can we use a Board Member as mailbox? (drawback is board member change means address change) 100 of our documentation comes digitally (email) can we just forgo a mailing address?

    If you’re incorporated, you likely need a mailing address. That appears on your Articles of Incorporation, I believe. Doesn’t your HOA have a clubhouse or an office that can be used as an address? If you have an HOA management company, they can help out with this. They usually handle mail and other documents, too.

    We decided to move to USPS box instead of board member’s physical addresses due to change over. It is a lot to deal with and We rarely get mail. most of it is digital.
