HOA LAW AND CONDO LAW ARE DIFFERENT FROM OTHER TYPES OF LAW
All of our clients are community associations in Indiana, the only state we serve. Almost all of them are overseen by volunteer homeowners who serve either on the association’s Board of Directors or a committee. On one hand, they are responsible for upholding important covenants that keep neighborhoods going strong.
On the other hand, many don’t know (and maybe don’t care to know) the ins and outs of the law. We know the challenges board members face, and we are prepared to help.
