From my perspective, your Board has the authority to permanently allocate one parking space for each lot, while the owners can secure their second parking space through a drawing process. Any surplus parking spaces beyond the two allotted per lot can be managed at the discretion of the Board. Individuals possessing more than two cars should understand that they are not entitled to additional parking spaces and thus should not oppose an additional fee, which could be determined based on the number of extra parking spots available. That sounds like a good standard. We’re thinking of doing the same since it seems tedious to get two signatures all the time even for just $20.

just to update yall here – we went ahead with the two signatories and so far so good. the memebr who was strongly against it came around eventually ha!

i also want to add that one of the members whos against the two signatory thing is like REALLY STRONGLY against it. dont wanna accuse them of any ill intent but its just a bit suspicious to me idk

I agree with tenten1977 and angelocruz03 on the benefits of sheds. If I could play devil’s advocate, I think one of the main disadvantges of sheds is that they can be an eyesore when constructed poorly. They can be in a tacky color, not go with the general aestethic of the property, or block a neighbor’s view. For me, these are some of the ways sheds can affect property values.
